Steak & Potatoes

Why not? We love it, why wouldn’t the kids??
Last night I made NY Strip marinated with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, s&p , diced, roasted sweet potatoes (with olive oil, salt and a dash of cinnamon – I also diced them smaller than normal so they would roast more quickly), and some asparagus. Everyone left the table happy.
