Tomato Soup and Homemade Croutons

Costco makes the best organic, tomato basil bisque! I add some homemade croutons, fresh basil leaves and freshly shredded parmesan cheese and call it good!
Croutons:
Cube up a baguette (I like to use one that is a day or two old)
place in a bowl and pour some olive oil over them, Italian seasoning, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.  Toss to completely coat.  Place on a cookie sheet under the broiler until brown and crisp.
